In collaboration with Redwood Ventures, we launched Smashy Mashy Shorts—a series of playful, bite-sized films designed to bring the Smashy Mashy product line to life on social media. These “short films” weren’t just ads—they were a celebration of imaginative play, blending creativity, humor, and nostalgia into something parents and children alike could enjoy.
Each short captured the magic of reinterpreting classic movie scenes with the Smashy Mashy characters as the stars. The result? A series that felt both fresh and familiar, sparking laughter, engagement, and a deeper connection between parents, kids, and the joy of play.
Through fast-paced storytelling, quirky humor, and a cinematic yet playful style, Smashy Mashy Shorts created a world where toys became the characters, heroes, and comedians of their own mini-adventures.
This campaign reminded us all that imagination has no limits—and sometimes, the best way to inspire play is to reimagine the stories we love.
